Melissa has over 20 years of experience in insurance claims. She is familiar with all facets of claims operations and claims handling. She has handled claims and claims-related compliance, as well as served as Training Manager and Claims Team Supervisor. Her extensive background in IT and knowledge in claims has assisted in developing effective systems and data with the IT department. As Head of Operations, she directly oversees IPG’s Compliance, Trust Accounting, two teams of Support staff and continues to work closely with IT to further develop systems to meet the growing market demand, in addition to helping manage all IPG’s operations. Melissa holds a CPCU Designation, Associate in Claims, Associate in General Insurance and multiple additional insurance designations and licenses.
