Heather Green

Director of Business Development & Training Coordinator

Heather is an experienced leader in the insurance industry, with an additional background in the education and non-profit sectors. She gained early experience managing underwriting teams for a large national insurer and working within the claims industry before pivoting to a career as an educator, eventually becoming Principal of a private school in Florida. In 2022, Heather returned to the insurance industry and joined IPG as a Claims Examiner. She later progressed into management roles and was appointed Director of Business Development & Training Coordinator in 2025. In this role, she is responsible for developing market strategies and maintaining client relationships while also overseeing the training and development of new and existing IPG staff. Heather is a licensed adjuster in 12 states and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Missouri State University.
