David Elliott joined the insurance industry in 2007 and was appointed Managing Partner of Affirmative Risk Management in 2016 and Managing Director of IPG US in 2017. David has extensive experience with all lines of business, as well as complex litigation, fraud and special investigations.  David’s significant insurance and leadership experience provides a level of knowledge that brings incredible value to his oversight and management of IPG US.  Prior to entering the world of insurance, David spent over 10 years in law enforcement, with extensive experience as a special investigator, patrol supervisor, undercover work on a narcotic detail and as a Task Force Officer with the DEA. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Arkansas State University, as well as numerous insurance designations and licenses.
