Brenda has been working in the insurance industry for nearly 35 years.  She is an industry leader, and worked with Bell & Clements/MunichRe, for over 17 years in a leadership role.  Brenda joined the IPG US Team in 2023 and leads our Claims Department, ensuring a level of excellence in all claims handling.  Brenda keeps on the pulse of market trends within claims handling and understands the ebb and flow of the industry, working to keep the Claims Department always moving forward efficiently.  Her experience and perspective ensure that our clients receive the very best work product for their claims. Brenda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an Associate in Claims as well as numerous insurance designations and licenses.
