International Programs Group (IPG), a leading North American property and casualty (P&C) provider of Third-Party Administration services, is pleased to welcome Denis Houle back to IPG as a Complex and Specialty Claims Advisor. An experienced claims specialist and Executive General Adjuster, Denis has spent the last 30 years working in both the domestic P&C insurance and Lloyd’s of London markets.

Denis was previously a senior member of the IPG team until 2017, when he turned his focus towards the Lloyd’s marketplace, holding a senior management position with a Lloyd’s Underwriter.

After taking time to attend to family matters, Denis is rejoining IPG in an advisory position.
