IPG Welcomes Brett Colville as Toronto Operations Manager

International Programs Group (IPG), Canada’s largest property and casualty (P&C) provider of Third-Party Administration services, announced that Brett Colville will be joining their team as Toronto Operations Manager. An experienced claims specialist and operations Brett Colvilleprofessional, Mr. Colville has worked in the domestic and global P&C insurance markets.

As a client focused insurance professional for over 25 years, Mr. Colville has held senior-level positions in various areas of claims handling and has significant experience in Operations and the technologies that support TPA operations. Mr. Colville has demonstrated excellent collaborative team work, leadership, customer service and management skills throughout his career, including his most recent position of Director, Business Operations at a global claim services firm.

As Toronto Operations Manager for IPG, Mr. Colville will be responsible for actively managing a vibrant and dynamic group of industry leading professionals, while ensuring positive relationships with all stakeholders and efficiency of operations. As part of IPG’s leadership team, he will contribute expertise to IPG’s strategic leadership in dealing with Canadian Coverholders, London Brokers, London Syndicates, Risk Managers and Canadian Brokers. He will report directly to IPG’s Senior Vice President Operations, Blue Schindler.
