- Detailed cost auditing and cost control by leveraging experience with construction management, estimating, contract law, building codes, MasterFormat specifications and best practices in construction
- Expert in scoping that results in cost control, schedule control, communication control, reduced extra and unforeseen costs, and increased shareholder satisfaction
